  • Responsible for tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition
  • Responsible for the creation of innovative products to bring to the marketplace
  • Oversee staff operations, business planning, budget development and expenditures toward achievement of objectives

Linda Berger

CEO, International Purchasing Manager
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the purchasing department
  • Implement improvements and best practices to purchasing & inventory systems
  • Travel to overseas suppliers to develop new products, build relationships, support production and meet shipping schedules.
  • Analyze company data to ensure optimal inventory levels and fill rates
  • Negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics, modify and adjust system inputs as needed

  • Evaluate overseas sourcing opportunities and suppliers

Heidi Bassie

Vendor Relations Manager
  • Manage the execution of purchase orders based on operational requirements ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Evaluates any updates or changes in contractual agreements of our company’s customers
  • Responsible for coordinating purchases by evaluating suppliers for quality, pricing and delivery timeliness
  • Develops and maintains strategic relationship with suppliers
  • Responsible for troubleshooting all vendor issues such as delays in disbursement of payments, unacceptable goods or delivery delays

Kathy Rogoz

Client Relations Account Manager
  • Primary liaison between client projects and international sourcing
  • Builds relationships with inventors and confidentially discuss their ideas
  • Responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and overall management of the relationship
  • Serves as primary point of contact for current customers and our purchasing department
  • Resolves outstanding issues, comply with customer requests and respond to client inquiries
  • Provides support in research to help inventors develop their product

Aneta Zychowska

Senior Accounting Manager
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Analyze financial budgeting and forecasting 
  • Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams
  • Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules
  • Supervise billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Maintain all company licenses, permits, insurance policies
