The Patents to Retail ProcessIt all starts with...1 - Sign the Confidentiality Agreement when you send or shortly thereafter in your initial 'contact-me' request. This protects you to feel free to show me your idea, invention, patent without fear of your product being 'knocked-off'. 2 - We then decide whether or not your product fits into the marketing and customer base we have established relationships with and if we feel we have the expertise to manufacture it too. 3 - If we come to a positive determination, then you'll sign the Royalty Agreement and send in your $2500.00 payment/deposit. 4 - Now the development of your item starts! We will produce a hand made sample actually 2 of them and send one to you and I'll keep the other. Now your input is key! Is it exactly as you envisioned or are changes/improvements/amendments needed? If so we proceed with yet another hand made sample for your final OK. 5 - At this point, you'll now receive a quotation for the opening, minimum production run, which will also include the artwork and production of the final 4 color package, the actual production of your product, the shipping and duty costs to bring your product into my warehouse as well as the printing of a 4 color catalog sheet. If the proposal is acceptable, 50% payment will be due and then balance upon receipt of the first production/packaged sample. If not, and you decide NOT to proceed, the balance of your $2500 deposit is refunded minus the actual costs of the hand made sample which will all be turned over to you too! 6 - Assuming we move forward, it will take 90-120 days and the opening production order will be delivered to our warehouse. Now we start soliciting your item to our customers and from here its up to the market place to determine whether or not its salable and if it is all sales, as paid, are then paid the 6% royalty to you. 7 - NOTE, after the initial opening production order ALL subsequent production costs (ALL!) are paid for by Axis International!
